Concha y Toro Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
Palo Santo Vineyard, D.O. Marchigüe, Colchagua Valley, banks of the Tinguiririca River.
Palo Santo Vineyard is located 590 feet above sea level and extends along the hills and terraces near the southern bank of the Tinguiririca River.
Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark and deep purple wine, displaying unctuous aromas of cherry, cassis, cedar, blackberry, and slight hints of black pepper. Firm with a deep concentration of flavors, the texture is delicate and silky, framing the soft tannins to perfection before its long and pleasant finish.
Pairs well with oven-roasted lamb, pork, or beef with black pepper sauce and spicy mashed potatoes or spicy sausage with a black olive baguette and Dijon mustard.
